Regional General Manager
- Build and grow regional smartphone business from zero
- Develop and execute GT & MT channel strategies
- Lead, manage & coach promoters and sales teams
- Drive sell-in & sell-out through direct retail execution
- Open new dealers & retail stores
- Secure in-store positions & brand visibility

- Salary IDR 20 Million till IDR 50 Million
Area Trainer
- Deliver hands-on training for promoters & sales teams
- Monitor promoter activities and sell-out performance
- Provide on-site coaching to improve sales execution
- Set area KPIs & targets and ensure achievement
- Support promotions and area sales strategies
- Adapt training methods to field conditions
- Report team performance & challenges
Syarat Pekerjaan
Regional General Manager
- 3-5+ years RM / RGM level experience
- Strong retail & GT channel management background
- Smartphone/consumer electronics industry background
- Field-driven, independent & target-oriented
- Proven store opening & team building experience
Area Trainer
- 3-5 years trainer experience in smartphone / electronics industry
- Strong selling, coaching & field execution skills
- Good understanding of GT & MT channels
- Result-oriented & hands-on
- Willing to travel within the area
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
